Create a complete brand for a new high-end outdoor tool, from naming and positioning to a full visual identity, built to resonate with serious outdoor users who expect more from their gear.
Project Information
Kurent came to Sparq as a precision-made tool in search of a brand. We started with strategy, defining who this was for and how it should show up in a category crowded with generic gadgets. The answer was specific: the survivalist, the do-er, the go-getter who treats the outdoors as a proving ground and expects gear that can keep up. That insight shaped everything from the name to the tone of voice, all built around one idea: this is gear made for you, not pulled off a shelf.
From there, we developed the full identity, a rugged wordmark, a confident visual system, and a design language as machined and intentional as the product itself. Every choice reflected the brand's promise of American engineering: compact, portable, and always ready. The result looks and feels like exactly what it is, premium outdoor gear made for people who refuse to compromise.
