


The Ask
Design a logo and visual identity for a new upscale nightlife concept, built to capture 1920s glamour with a modern sensibility. It needed to feel premium and atmospheric, and to give the concept a confident, memorable face to take to potential partners.
Project Information
At the center of the work is the logo. Built around the imagery of Eden, it features a serpent winding up the tree of knowledge, an apple set in its branches, framed within a columned Art Deco arch. The composition reads as a gateway, drawing on the themes of temptation and the forbidden that the name suggests. Clean, geometric linework keeps the symbolism refined and contemporary rather than literal.
With the mark established, the look was built outward. The direction draws on upscale Art Deco and 1920s glamour, brought into the present through modern typography and a palette of jewel tones, deep teal, mauve, mustard, and sage, finished with gold. Color and type came together to tie the identity into one cohesive world: moody, luxurious, and full of character.
