Guided by our Content for People™ process, Sparq conducted 14 in-depth interviews and applied the Jobs To Be Done framework to understand what brokers, clients, and employees actually needed from BPA’s site. The result is a modern, user-first platform that doesn’t just support business growth, it makes everyday tasks easier for every audience. More importantly, the new site finally reflects BPA’s true identity and positions it as a national leader in employee benefits.
