Sparq approached this project with an understanding that BPA’s site needed to be more than informative, it needed to be functional. Through in-depth interviews and audience mapping, we uncovered the real jobs users were trying to accomplish and tailored the site structure, design, and content accordingly.
The new BPA website is modern, intuitive, and built for real-world application. It helps brokers onboard clients faster, gives employees easier access to benefit details, and provides BPA with a digital platform that supports its growing national presence. From strategy and messaging to branding and UX, this project was built on empathy, clarity, and forward momentum.
