PITTSBURGH NATIVE & LOCAL ENTREPRENEUR TO COMPETE ON ABC’S MINI-GOLF COMPETITION SHOW

CEO of local Pittsburgh marketing agency to compete on ABC’s Stephen Curry-produced mini-golf competition show “Holey Moley.”

PITTSBURGH – Pittsburgh native and local entrepreneur Nicklas Brucker will appear on ABC’s new show “Holey Moley,” which premiered on June 20, 2019.

The Stephen Curry-produced miniature golf competition, “Holey Moley” showcases self-proclaimed mini-golf lovers from around the country as they compete head-to-head through an epic obstacle golf course. The premiere reached 4.8 million viewers, building up to 10 million viewers in a three-day span.

The show is expected to be one of the most-watched new series premieres of the summer season.

Brucker, 32, of Cranberry, PA, is one of the mini-golf obsessed contestants who will eagerly run through mazes to win a golden putter and a cash prize of $25,000.

“The opportunity to compete on an ABC television show is not something that I expected to happen this year. But it was a blast being able to compete in front of a national audience and represent the people of Pittsburgh in the process.”

Brucker also resides as the CEO and President of local full-service marketing agency, Sparq Designs. Since 2013, Sparq has catered to clients of all industries, including medical, sports & entertainment, and consumer goods. 2019 is Sparq’s sixth year in business and with Brucker as their leader, the company has grown rapidly into a team of 17+ employees in the span of six years.

“I got to meet so many people during the filming of the season. Spending a week in a tent with 100 strangers pretty much forced us all to get to know one another. It was an experience I’ll never forget.”

“Holey Moley” is created by Eureka Productions and produced by Eureka Productions and Unanimous Media. Chris Culvenor, Paul Franklin, Wes Dening, Charles Wachter, Michael O’Sullivan, Jeron Smith, Erick Peyton and Stephen Curry serve as executive producers. “Holey Moley” is an original format created by Chris Culvenor of Eureka Productions.

Brucker’s episode of “Holey Moley” airs Thursday through July 11th (8:00-9:00 p.m. EDT), on ABC.
