The Wharton Energy Conference, an educational conference in Philadelphia, brought us on to help them establish a user-friendly, mobile responsive, and branded website to create the ultimate reference for attendees to check the agenda and learn about the keynote speakers.
The first step of this particular campaign was to create consistency throughout our branding efforts. Because the Wharton Energy Conference is an annual event, creating a unique, but timeless brand was our main goal.
After working closely with the Wharton Energy Conference team to create a logo and additional branding for the conference, we proceeded to bring the conference to life through a mobile responsive website. Using various elements pertaining to the conference and area where the conference was being held (Philadelphia), including a Philadelphia skyline, an online home was created to not only inform potential attendees about the conference, but to allow said attendees to purchase tickets for the event.
Not only did we dabble in branding design and the website, we also created the bannerstands and internal signage at the conference. What’s a conference without swag bags and literature? We created the event booklets that attendees carried around in tote bags that were also designed by us. We had the opportunity to design the coffee cups that attendees sipped out of at 8 A.M. when the conference started.
