Complete Company Rebrand

Refresh Dental’s goal to pioneer a new culture of dentistry involved updating their logo, building them a new website with custom features, new internal and external signage, landing page videos, and social media content for over 50 locations.


When taking a “best-in-class” approach to anything, one must ask themselves a series of questions, the most important being, “what is the message I want to convey?” After a few sessions and design mock-ups, we were able to develop a brand that was simple, gentle, and of a much higher caliber than competing dental offices.


We worked hand-in-hand with the Refresh Dental marketing team and leadership to create a fully responsive website consistent with current brand standards with a modern, clean twist. The new Refresh Dental website also includes a customized location page for each individual dental practice which showcases the mission, services, and doctors associated with that practice. Scheduling an appointment at a desired location is now only one click away.


In addition to developing a virtual home for Refresh Dental, they wanted marketing materials to send to current and potential patients, valuable service posters for their office managers, and external and internal signage for every one of their locations.



Our video production manager travelled across the states in one month to interview patients, hygienists, and dentists at every single Refresh Dental office in existence. These short videos went on landing pages (that we created) that corresponded with pay-per-click ads and social media.


Not only did we create a social media strategic plan to cover how Refresh Dental should present themselves online, we started to manage the location pages ourselves. We wanted to put Refresh Dental in front of current and potential patients and be at-the-ready when it was time to receive feedback – both the good and the bad!
